Please share the following information with your team members:

We would like to alert you that today we have 10 cases of influenza
And in the other floor ,any other group infection is not confirmed at this time.

Please take the following continued measures to make sure to limit the amount of staff affected.

• Use hand disinfectant on the every occasion of case entering and leaving the 8th floor
  
  
• Those who have had close contact with the infected person must wear a mask and pay attention to the change of the physical condition.
  
  
• If you have any case of employees that shows symptoms as below, please advice them to not arrive at the office or go home if they are already in the office. The employee should also make an appointment as soon as possible with the doctor.

-Person who has a temperature of 38 ℃ and above.
-Person who has a slight fever with sore throat, cough, headache or generalized fatigability.

Before the attendance, Please take your temperature every morning .
If you have a temperature of 37℃ and above or you don't have fever but have sore throat, cough, headache or generalized fatigability, please make an appointment as soon as possible with the doctor and follow the instructions of the doctor

If you have any new case of employee that shows symptoms of influenza , please report to HR using the template.
